Nursing and reception rates are benchmarked to the Nurses Award 2020 (MA000034) and the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 (MA000027) at their 1 July 2026 rates, with room to move above award based on experience. GP earnings are a share of billings, not an hourly wage.
